Refund and Returns Policy

At Sultania Interiors, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-cut items (e.g., Frosted Glass Paper with custom logos).
  • Custom-sized Window Blinds tailored to specific measurements.
  • Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or “Special Discount.”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via phone or email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Credit Card) within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company/bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sultaniainteriors786@gmail.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side. If you need to exchange a product for the same item (e.g., a different color of the same PVC tile), please contact us at sultaniainteriors786@gmail.com / 0308-0013363 and send your item to our Lahore office: Beadon Road Lahore.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail or deliver your product to: Beadon Road Lahore.

Expensive Items: If you are returning high-value items (like bulk PVC ceiling orders), we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
